Symposium fees include all symposium meals and materials. The additional fee for the preconference workshops includes the Resource Panel Luncheon and transportation to off-site workshops on Thursday. Registration is complete on receipt of full payment.

Lodging: All sessions will be at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. The conference room rate is $130.00. Self-parking is $32.00 per night & valet parking is $38.00 per night for overnight guests. To guarantee room rate and availability, reservations must be made before Monday, September 20, via the hotel directly at: 1-800-HILTONS or online using group--code hbc--at: www.hilton.com
All memberships are annual.

Refund Policy: A full refund, minus $25 processing fee, will be made if cancellation is received by October 1, 2010. A $75 cancellation fee will be retained for cancellations received between October 2 and October 17, 2010. Other than in the case of personal emergency, no refunds can be made after October 17, 2010. Telephone/voicemail cancellations will be accepted, but must be confirmed in writing. Substitutions in attendees may be made at any time.

Delivery Policy: Transaction receipt will be emailed to the email address at time of filling out the Registration Form and can be used as a tax deductible receipt. There is no deliverable products all communication will be sent to the email address from the registration form.
