Symposium fees include all symposium meals and materials. The additional fee for the preconference workshops includes the Resource Panel Luncheon and transportation to off-site workshops on Thursday. Registration is complete on receipt of full payment.

Refund Policy
: A full refund, minus $25 processing fee, will be made if cancellation is received by October 1, 2010. A $75 cancellation fee will be retained for cancellations received between October 2 and October 17, 2010. Other than in the case of personal emergency, no refunds can be made after October 17, 2010. Telephone/voicemail cancellations will be accepted, but must be confirmed in writing. Substitutions in attendees may be made at any time.
Delivery Policy
: Transaction receipt will be emailed to the email address at time of filling out the Registration Form and can be used as a tax deductible receipt. There is no deliverable products all communication will be sent to the email address from the registration form.
