Running from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, this institute will seamlessly blend the theoretical foundations of informal leadership with hands-on, actionable strategy. Participants will explore how to build personal credibility, navigate complex academic systems without formal authority, and immediately begin developing tailored collaboration frameworks to drive cross-campus innovation and institutional transformation from their unique strategic vantage point.
