Join us for the HBCU Faculty Development Network’s one-day virtual Summer Institute, themed "Leading from the Middle: Power, Influence, and Impact at HBCUs," on July 29, 2026. This transformative event reframes mid-level roles—including faculty, program directors, coordinators, and emerging leaders—as powerful spaces of leadership within HBCUs. Positioned uniquely between senior leadership and students, these individuals are perfectly equipped to translate vision into action and drive meaningful institutional change. Participants will explore how “the middle” is not a limitation, but a strategic vantage point—one that enables them to connect strategy to practice, amplify voices across campus, and lead transformative efforts that elevate student success and institutional excellence.
