October Lunch & Learn with the NSF ADVANCE Program

This webinar is part of our monthly Lunch & Learn series. The session will be an overview of the National Science Foundation’s ADVANCE grant program. The ADVANCE program supports organizational change projects within institutions of higher education and STEM organizations to improve workplace gender equity for STEM faculty (www.nsf.gov/ADVANCE). The program requires all projects to include a focus on the intersection of gender and other social identities such as race and ethnicity.  Information on available resources to support gender equity work as well as advice on preparing proposals will be shared. There will be time to ask questions about the program and information for setting up meetings with the program officers to discuss potential proposals.
